KIT – for service and gate valves

KIT-Telescopes may be used to operate service as well as gate, butterfly or ball valves between DN 40 and DN 300. KIT-Standard-Telescopes, as well as KIT-Multi-Telescope, feature a detachable bell tube and a spring connection piece at the bottom end of the spindle extension. This system allows the use of a variety of coupling sockets of different shapes and nominal sizes, as well as a range of coupling and/or angle-modules. By use of dirt disks and adaptors the system is applicable to most valve designs.


KIT-Marking-Clips may be mounted conveniently to the top of the telescope. A variety of coloured clips are used to mark different carrier pipes visually. Clips are also available in black and made of magnetic material for easier ranging of KIT-Telescopes using a metal detector


Alternative to the standard KIT-Coupling socket, the Duplex-Socket enables tool-free assembly and disassembly of the spindle extension to the valve by simple plug on mechanics. Duplex-Sockets can be applied to valves up to DN 300. Steel bolts in PE-Hulls protect against corrosion and allow for convenient disassembly even after long periods of service.

KIT-MEMO-Telescope for gate valves

At the top of KIT-MEMO-Telescope, mechanics indicate the open or shut position of the valve by colour and are protected against manipulation after assembly. MEMO display is configured by shutting and opening the valve once. KIT-MEMO is available for valves with a minimum of 5 and a maximum of 56 rotations.
