P1-S/F double split

Function

Split ring seal for retroactive assembly, with double rubber seal, with or without supported flange for sealing supply and disposal pipes. Outer diameter between 8 mm and 160.5 mm. Applicable to core holes between 80 mm and 200 mm with pressing water.

Components

•   Flange, stainless steel V2A (Cr/Ni-Steel)
•   Screws, stainless steel V4A (Cr/Ni/Mo-Steel)
•   Nuts, stainless steel V4A (Cr/Ni/Mo-Steel)
•   Washers, stainless steel V2A (Cr/Ni-Steel)
•   2 rubber seals 30 mm each, NBR with moulded screw shaft seals

Production

Complete, unit ready for assembly with welded screws. Screw fitting lubricated for cold welding (KTW certified).

Characteristics

•   Rubber seal and flanges split in hinge mechanism for secure assembly.
•   Resistant to most gases, oils and fats.
•   Enclosed to pressure up to 5 bar (72,52 Psi).
•   Convenient assembly and maximised reliability due to high quality standards.
