Super-KIT-Extension-Spindles
The SUPER-KIT telescopic system - maximum performance for the most demanding applications
With the integration of the SUPER-KIT telescopic system into the KIT telescopic system series, KETTLER is expanding its existing range to meet even the highest demands in practice.
Thanks to the Coupling-Modules of the SUPER-KIT, telescopes can be adapted quickly and easily so that every required pipe coverage area is precisely covered.
The SUPER-KIT system is primarily used where fittings are particularly stiff or ball valves and valves require high torques. The SUPER-KIT telescopes and Coupling-Modules impress with their robust design, which reliably transmits torques of up to 1000 Nm. Manufactured from high-quality V2A solid material (square tube 1.4301), they stand for durability, resistance and safety in daily use.
Super-KIT telescopes: Maximum power transmission up to 1,000 Nm.

SUPER-KIT-Telescopes
SUPER-KIT telescopes and SUPER-KIT coupling sets are primarily used to actuate stiff fittings, ball valves or fittings that require a high torque. SUPER-KIT telescopes and SUPER-KIT coupling sets can therefore withstand torques of up to 1,000 Nm and are therefore made of solid stainless steel (1.4301). All SUPER-KIT telescopes are supplied with a pre-assembled rubber seal to protect against sanding from below. In this case, the rubber seal adapts to the spindle diameter.

SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Modules
SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Modules for enlarging the tube coverage area of SUPER-KIT telescopes. Coupling-Modules coupling modules can be fitted in a few simple steps by simply plugging them together. By using several Coupling-Modules , any desired tube coverage can be achieved. The system can be quickly and easily dismantled back into its basic components using a Disassembly-tong . The pressure piece inserted into each Coupling-Module enables SUPER-KIT Coupling-Sockets of different nominal widths to be accommodated. Stocking Coupling-Modules of different lengths minimizes the number of telescopic variants and leads to an increase in stock turnover.
All Coupling-Modules coupling modules are fitted with a protective cover and consist of a 25 mm solid material coupling rod and a 63 mm PE coupling tube and can be individually combined with each other. Guidance is ensured by an internal centering disc.
The use of universal dirt disks ensures optimum sealing of the sleeve tube against sanding from below.

KIT-Disassembly-tong
The Disassembly-tong makes it easy to disengage the pressure pieces, allowing the KIT system to be quickly and easily disassembled back into its basic components.
SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Sockets
SUPER-KIT sockets form the connection between actuating rods and valves of different makes and nominal sizes.
All SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Sockets and connectors have a 25 mm square socket with a continuous 7 mm hole to accommodate all SUPER-KIT telescopes and the various SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Modules. With the aid of a Disassembly-tong , the couplings and connecting piece can be quickly and easily removed and reused. The SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Sockets are available in the dimensions DN250/300, DN400/450 and DN500/600.
SUPER-KIT-Coupling-Sockets for SUPER-KIT telescopes are made of malleable cast iron, are electrogalvanized and can be adapted and replaced thanks to their special geometry. The special stainless steel spindle pin is attached to the spindle bore with a pin plug for easy removal.
The SUPER-KIT coupling sockets DN400/450 and DN500/600 have a stainless steel hexagon head screw instead of the spindle pin, which serves as a fixation.
Can't find the right product for your application? Coupling sockets above DN500/600 are available on request. The KIT duplex sockets are available in the dimensions VAS, DN40/50, DN65/80, DN100/150, DN175/200 and DN250/300.
SUPER-KIT-Accessories
KIT marking clip
The colored marking clip, which are easy to attach to the telescopic head, make it possible to visually differentiate between different types of valves. A magnetic clip enables improved localization of the telescopes.
KIT drive plate for adjustable road caps (KOS)
Drive plates and fixing clips are used to center and fix KIT telescopic handlers on support plates and in road caps.
KIT disassembly tongs
The system can be quickly and easily disassembled into its basic components and reused with the aid of disassembly pliers.
