ECO telescopic extension spindle - Reliable actuation of tapping and heavy-duty fittings

Our ECO telescopic extension spindle ensures efficient and durable operation of tapping bridges and heavy-duty gate valves in a wide DN range from 40 to 450.

Ideal for butterfly valves and ball valves, the ECO telescopic extension spindle guarantees long-lasting functionality and maximum reliability.

Thanks to its robust design, the ECO standard telescope and the ECO multi-telescope are suitable for operating tapping bridges and heavy-duty gate valves as well as butterfly valves and ball valves. Each component has been carefully selected to guarantee smooth operation from initial installation to subsequent operation. Rely on decades of experience to ensure maximum reliability and exceptional durability.

With the ECO telescopic extension spindle, you can rely on quality that has stood the test of time.

ECO-Telescopic-Extension-Spindles

ECO-VAS and KOS

ECO telescopic extension spindle for underground installation for actuating tapping bridges and heavy-duty gate valves from DN 40 to DN 450. Both the ECO standard telescope and the ECO multi-telescope can also be used in other versions for butterfly valves and ball valves.

Unlike the KIT telescopic system with the ECO telescopic system, the coupling socket is always an integral part of the extension spindle.

ECO telescopes and multi-telescopes impress with their versatility:
In the tapping bridge range, they enable tube coverages in the minimum range of 0.65-1.00m up to the maximum range of 1.60-2.70m.

In the gate valve range, pipe covers in the minimum range of 0.8-1.15 m up to the maximum range of 1.70-2.70 m are covered. (depending on the DN size of the fitting)

ECO-Locking-Ring

ECO telescopes can be fixed at any extension height by rotating the locking ring through 180°. This prevents the telescopic extension spindle from dropping unintentionally when it is not fixed.

ECO-Extensions

ECO extensions can be used to quickly extend ECO telescopes tapping bridge and gate valve a later date. The ECO extension is fitted without pins or tools by simply plugging it on and locking it in place. With the telescope already in place, perfect adaptation to the new construction situation is possible without any problems. The adapter rings made of glass fiber-reinforced polyamide (PA-GF) inserted in the lower bell area are precisely matched to the edge caps of the ECO telescopes and give the extension optimum stability.

ECO MEMO extension
ECO telescopes can be retrofitted with a MEMO function simply by attaching the MEMO extension. ECO MEMO extensions have a mechanism that allows the status of the fitting underneath to be read off the head of the extension between open and closed.

The range of application is for all heavy-duty valves from 5 to 56 revolutions. The display is set automatically by closing and opening the valve once and is then tamper-proof.

ECO-Coupling-Sockets

ECO-Coupling-Sockets

Connection between ECO actuating rods and fittings of different makes and nominal sizes. All ECO coupling sockets are an integral part of the telescopic and multi-telescopic versions. They can therefore not be removed from the telescope. It is therefore necessary to determine the corresponding pipe cover and nominal diameter of the valve.

The ECO telescopes are available in the following dimensions: VAS, DN40/50, DN65/80, DN100/150, DN175/200, DN250/300 and DN400/450.

ECO-Coupling-Socket

ECO coupling sleeves are equipped with a special NIRO spindle pin as standard, which is attached to the sleeve by means of a pin plug and is therefore immediately available without tools.

ECO quick-release socket (duplex)

As an alternative to the standard socket, the quick-release socket enables tool-free pinning by simply pressing the socket onto the valve spindle up to a nominal diameter of DN 300. The socket can be permanently detached thanks to the PE sleeves inserted inside the pin hole and can be detached without tools.

ECO-Dirt-Disks and adapters

ECO universal dirt disks and bells
The universal dirt disks consist of a PE-HD washer with one or two spearate vulcanized steel inserts. Within its parameters, type A adapts to the fitting contour and type B to the spindle diameter.

They serve to precisely seal the sleeve pipe against sanding from below and are snapped into the ECO bell to prevent it from turning.
